I believe contributions were made last year by the garage occupants, which I can definitely happen again. We can reserve one and figure out the financing later.
Perhaps Steve has more pocket change in his 2wcp truck. :)
Last year Jerome collected the money for Miller's garage few days before the trip if I'm not wrong, I can not remmember when exactly.  But he spoke with someone there before to set this.

So, Justino, we would love if you could do the same for us if it's possible.

Also, Greg told us how much was going to cost the hotel.

That's a really big team work!!!! I love this club!! How can I give my contribution too?

;) ;) ;) ;) ;)

Jerome and Andy rented the garages when we got to the track on Saturday morning.  Everyone paid him back later that day.  Same thing happened with me and the hotel.  I'm pretty stoke on the interest so far.  Two days and I have 8 or 9 riders already confirmed.  This should be better than last year. :)

2 group format:
B- Everyone from C to B riders
A- People almost ready for A and A riders

The two group format is actually a very good format for a track like Miller.  It is 4.5 miles long.  It gives everyone 30 minute sessions for more laps and there is still plenty of room for riders to spread out.  You will be fine in the B group.

WHEN SIGNING UP, type SSA into the special request box on Keigwin's page so we can get the occasional free rider.
Lance's policy is that 'every eigth full paid (at full price) rider free'
so make sure that the 'SSA' is in the box.
We will all share the benefit. The $ can be applied to the garage.
It's going to be AWESOME!

Justin

Greg and I are on the official roster.

i put ssa in the comment box, and you should too.   If you forget, just send him a note so we can get the group discount.

Is everyone riding both days at Miller? Does this event sell out fast?
Can you wait to book with Keigwin's tell the end of May or early June and still get a spot?
Can you stay at the track in a towhauler? And do they have full hookups?
Sorry for all the questions. Very new at all this.
