Looks impressive though doesn't it!? Skeptical questions kept leaping to mind. Where are all those people going to come from? Where's the infrastructure in the local economy to support this facility? Why would anyone choose to live next to a racetrack? Where is all the water going to come from for the golf course and to sustain all those people living there and years later as it expands? If this is a vacation destination, where is the airport?
Or it's a grand bait and switch fleecing operation for uninformed investors.
I don't see this ever happening. But to answer one of your questions, I for one would love to live next to a race track!
Sure you would, but you can't speak for yourself anymore. Living by a racetrack will have to remain your dream.
I grew up within ear shot of a drag strip. I thought it was great as a kid.
