Title: Nightingale loop
Post by: GreenMachine on July 23, 2017, 03:34:46 PM
Now I can't remember how much fuel I drained out after filling the bike up.  Shouldn't have been a lot.  Rich said 46 miles.  Fuel put in: 1.25 gallons, so less than 37 MPG.  Range on 2.5g would probably be in the 92 mile's range and dry.

Not the greatest mileage for the pace we were doing.   If I remember right the overnight ride we have 80 miles to gas.  We'll have to take bets if you run out or not!

That was a hot one today, at least we had a lot of shade to escape the sun..

MPG's doesn't sound that unreasonable. I only get 40mpg on mine and GM's bike is pretty much the same bike.

Luckily with mine and Rich's 4 gallon tanks we'll have plenty of gas to share if needed.
