2000 ama Steve Rapp crash

This is a crash that I have always remebered for good reason.  I am having a hard time finding a sequence of events that lead to this crash.  This is aftermath of a front flip just after the green flag at Road Americia in 2000 ama superbike.  I need help finding this footage, I have seen coverage pictures and on tv.  I cannot find anything online.  Some of us older guys might remember this, I was awesome.

Yeah......  Good find, looked everywhere.  How cool it this, knowing Rapp got out clean.  If you look close, it looks like he jumped the start too.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. He definitely moved before anyone else. It is amazing how much that happens. (getting front brake lever hit from another bike)

Those two 996 ducks were pulling on that matt maldan's gsxr 1000 pretty hard.  Suprising they need a 1198 now to do the same.  Oh, I think matt is on a 750, the 1000' were not racing yet.  The gsxr 1000 came out in 2001.
