All the riders have been saying that track is much tighter, so the advantages MM has been enjoying may be mute on such a track.  And then there's the fact that even if he finishes 4th or 5th, he won't care.  He'll just be one race closer to being crowned.

On the other hand, his competitive nature will still be driving him to win and to that end, he's gridded right behind Jorge.

I see it as going down one of two ways.  Either he's competitive and he wins it or else, Danny's winning, in which case MM will back off.
It's about taking in the most corners to your destination, not about the shortest, quickest route.

I think this is Rossi's turn ;)! He's not only in his home country, but also his hometown, and on the front row! If his bike and tires are sorted, then he will be fighting viciously for the win 8)!

I'd love to see Rossi get a win. Especially at his home town.

Just watched; I'm a little behind. Great to see Vale win at his home GP; what a scene.

Can we talk about Iannone? Holy cow, he's really impressing. Can't wait to watch him on the works bike next year. The two Andreas mixing it up at the front.

Great, great ride from Karel Abraham too.
