Barring the sheer insanity on display in this, the first video, I will say that I have never seen anyone display the skill and complete comfort level demonstrated by the GSXR rider. I am thoroughly impressed with how comfortable he is with chatter, and the rear moving around underneath him.
I will also state that I see no reason to for me to own a 1000cc bike, perhaps ever.
Reminds me of teh Sunday morning ride back in the day when you could run it up at those speeds. Crazy passing and complete disregard for others safety.

I find it hard to believe someone with alot of Track experience would ride like that on the street. I was on the edge of my seat half way through, Just waiting for the crash.

I get schooled. They're confidence in themselves as well as the bikes ability is all I needed to see.

That was some awesome riding! I wish I could talk to some of these guys. I wonder if he likes the Gixxer or the R1 better....looks like he was getting better power slides with the R1. More predictable power?? Notice how he stands on the rear sets when he does that!! That is what I try to tell people to do when getting on the power coming out of the corners. That video really emphasizes that technique.

I see that type of stuff every day here in Thailand, 5 people on a moped, no helmet's, shelves tied to the back, hood's from cars, driving on the sidewalks, driving the wrong way against traffic because they are too lazy to drive correct like everyone else, etc., but, I never, never see them get stopped by the police!! Probably because they are too busy harassing me (because I am an American who has a money tree in my back yard) and trying to extort me for some "Tea" money as they call it! Sometimes it is ridiculous the stuff they get away with! At least I never have to go to traffic court or lose points on my drivers license!!! It is still BS though!

Neither. He is purposely sliding the rear for the video. He is the 2009 AFM #1 plate holder. He has the most control of anybody I have ever witnessed on a road bike. The guy is amazing.
Oh and Justino, in reference to lines, don't study that too much. He wasn't trying to go fast, he was just showing off for the camera, like only Cory can. :)
