Right after Beto, going toward downtown on 5th street. I usually get the "Valdez" with sausages, peppers, Jalapenos, tomatoes, and mozzarella. Kind of a big crust, they always give you honey and ranch to dip the crust in...not very Italian but still delicious ;)

Greek origin then to Italy in 1700's.  Queen Margherita of Italy made it more popular in 1880's
