How to post/up-load pictures? need help

First you need to upload the pics to a image host. Just google free image hosting, I use ImageShack but there are many out there. Once those are uploaded you will need the direct img tag URL. This means it will look like "".  You can just copy and paste that whole tag into post and it should show up.

Make sure the URL is between the [img] tag and not in the tag... and if you do it that way make sure you have the full image you are copying the URL of and not the thumbnail. Thats why I didn't recommend that one...
