Title: Insurance on Track Bikes?
Post by: darthrader on September 22, 2008, 01:26:09 PM
Do you guys insure your track bikes?  Is it mandatory to have insured bikes at the track?  Other good reasons to insure?  Thanks for any help.

I did that this year (switched to the track)
I kept liability on my bike, and put on comprehensive.  No collision.
Comp is for theft (which is nice if I wake up at the hotel and my pickup bed is empty)
It's collision that costs A LOT.  Try pricing it out before you scrap the policy
