he's the tall, pale geek who played drums for The Beatles.

I never really liked The Beatles.
I know what you're thinking, I'm just not impressed.

Ringo?  I though he was dead.  Oh well.  No fan mail please.  Respect the dead....

Peace and Love, not what I got out of the video, more like kiss my ass and leave me alone already! And if Dragon can't (or won't admit to) remembering Ringo then it must be old age kicking in. The mind is the first to go  ;)

Who better to leave alone then Ringo, well maybe Michael Jackson I guess! I am sure his video would be just the opposite of Ringo, please - please - please send fan mail. So be it, I guess I will have to lay off sending Ringo all those love letters, its clear he will not respond  :'(

I know  Ringo Star from the beatles. I thought maybe he is some WWF clown these kinds are speaking of.

Just yankin your chain Dragon, if I am old enough to remember him, I knew you were. Oh and don't get me started on WWF of heaven sakes! Hope the ride went well, I would have come along, but to get 65 or 75 miles from home (your starting point) before you all took off would have made for a chilly start to the day, it was 34 here this morning.

Hope you all had a good time, next time you are in Graeagle look me up, or call me 530-927-9443. No more talk about WWF, Ringo is bad enough  ::)

oh someone is getting sarcastic now  ;D

Hogg Honey I think we will be out next weekend if the weather holds up. I have a few draw backs to heading your way. Last year I crashed my Kawasaki on the Yuba pass. That first 15mph turn I hit some sand, Frost and it was wet. I didn't have a chance. Maybe I could be more careful I just couldn't believe it happened to me. We  could probably go through Cal Pine I suppose and pick you up then head over gold lake road then head to Downieville. We'll see next weekend.

Sounds good, I am just past Gold Lake Road, so maybe I can even get my old man to ride if he is not off hunting. Keep me posted, I hear its going to cool off a bit, today is ok, chilly and a slight wind, but not bad. So far we only had one frost this year, haven't been much past Calpine since August so not sure what the roads are like there. I did hear they were working on Gold Lake Road and it was pretty sandy and rocky for a few weeks. I know a guy that goes over it several times a week, I will check with him and see if they are done working on.

May have to take advantage of the trialer we got and load the bikes and head south this winter to a warmer dryer location to get some riding in.  ;D

It's probably that the has-been's ('haz`bin) Viagra doesn't work any more.
Ringo on the drums, hell what was that about, a snare drum, symbol, base drum.
John Bonham he isn't.  I think The Beatles is the music which the Arab martyrs listen to when they make it to there hundred virgin orgee. (Boring)

That guy should be grateful any one gives a shit anymore.

I did enjoy the video through.  THAT'S ENTERTAINMENT.   :D

The Beatles have had a bigger influence than most here realize. They changed pop culture. Their music for the most part was clean and crisp and made you feel good. That is until they went to India, after that it was downhill.
Go rent "A Hard Days Night" the music is great and it holds it's own even to this day.

Ted, I agree with you, but it should be noted that Charles Manson changed pop culture, also.

I agree with Old Bolt, too.
My sentiments, perfectly expressed in someone else's post.

Hog Honey

I agree TedG, but I also agree that Ringo should be a bit more grateful that people still want his autograph, there is goes spotting love and peace while basically telling us all to FO.
It would have been easier for him just to NOT reply to any mail and toss it when it came in.

Yes the Music of the Beetle had a HUGE influence on the entire world. They changed music as we know it, hell they created music as we know it. Even more reason for one of them NOT to be so rude.

I love their music even to this day, what I don't love is ungrateful, rude, snobs that think they are doing us a favor by making a video and telling us to leave them alone. Ok, I will stop now   >:(  Sometimes these superstars make me nuts! If you don't want the attention, then get out of the spotlight . Oh wait, I said I would stop now  ::)
