Ok, ok, this is most likely why you don't pass in the slow lane, but still.

classic idiot vs idiot scenario.  guy in the car (why was he taking video, anyway?) going too fast for conditions and passing in the right lane vs guy on scooter who looks over his shoulder AFTER he changes lanes.

So the first guy had flip flops and the second guy had crocks, and they were both wearing shorts.  :fail  I guess they don't tell you when you buy a scooter that you could crash and hurt yourself.
