I just joined and looking forward to riding with you. Do you ever run fewer groups with a smaller turn out, especially a big track like RF?

Yes. They have gone to a two group format in the past.

It's pretty rare, but as Dale said, it's done from time to time.
Our focus is on safe and fun track days.
