I think "scotinexcile" is planning on taking some of his buddies that ride VFHs up Monitor on Saturday and asked if anyone here might want to tag along.
The John Petty ride is an annual event put on by the NSC riders. I met John once at a Carson City bike night back in 2001. He was the founder of the NSC and was killed on the truck route back in January 2003. They expect 40 to 50 riders this Sunday.
Yeah, where is my SSA sticker?? ;D
