I have your bike, and Simon's, and Toni's, too.    This is the easiest thing to do, ever!
1-Borrow a drill and find the indent near the drain plug (little dimple)  make a little hole. 
Take the same drill and and make a hole in filler cap.
The next one is even more fun.   
Same drill, but get down low and aim the drill so that it penetrates on an angle (anything more than 45 degrees will be fine)  DO NOT NEED TO drill perpendicular to the bolt wall.  Get the drill bit through a corner of the bolt.   Blam! You're done.
Safety wire is cheap and easy.
I safety wire a hose clamp to the filter too, then attach the clamp to something permanent on the bike.

I didn't get dirty, and didn't have to unscrew anything.
